How it Works

Prior to your initial Infrared Sauna appointment please be sure to download and fill out the Infrared Sauna Intake Form. We need you to bring this form with you to your visit ALREADY FILLED OUT. We also need you to contact us immediately if you have any of the listed contraindications, or questions of any kind.

When you arrive for your Infrared Sauna appointment you will escorted into a quiet, private room. You will get undressed to your comfort level – whether that is completely nude, in a bathing suit or gown, or wrapped in a towel. During the session you sit in our two-person sauna, and you can read or listen to music – or even bring a friend. It does get warm in there, and you will sweat – but it is not the claustrophobic kind of heat most people experience in a regular steam sauna. A session is very relaxing and therapeutic.

Infrared saunas work using infrared heaters to convert light directly to heat. This heat has the effect of warming nearby objects without raising the air temperature; in others words, a person in an infrared sauna absorbs heat but the surrounding air does not.

In infrared saunas, heat penetrates deep into body tissues in a way that a traditional sauna cannot. This deep tissue warmth is great for sore muscles, stiffness, and joint pain, especially the kind of chronic pain that comes from arthritis.

Infrared heat has the ability to penetrate, refract, radiate and reflect. The human body can absorb Infrared heat because of its deep penetrating ability. When Infrared heat penetrates through skin to the subcutaneous tissues, it transforms from light energy into heat energy. The thermal effect within the deep layers of the tissues causes bloods vessels and capillaries to dilate, promoting a better blood circulation, and the heat so produced helps to get rid of body toxins and metabolic wastes through sweating.

Service Options & Fees

Infrared Sauna Individual Sessions & Series

Infrared Sauna sessions are 30 minutes long.

    • Individual Session – $45
    • 6 Session Series* ($20 savings) – $250
    • 10 Session Series* ($50 savings) – $400

For a limited time you can add an infrared sauna to another service for $30 ($15 savings!)
* Series are booked 1-3 times per week, are scheduled in advance, and are pre-paid.

Adjunct Therapies

To help maximize the detoxification and cleansing process we have several other beneficial adjunct therapies.

Colon Hydrotherapy:

Colon Hydrotherapy uses a gentle inflow of warm, filtered water through the rectum to hydrate and cleanse the colon of accumulated waste.

    • Initial Appointment (90 minutes) – $115
    • Subsequent Sessions (60 minutes) – $85


D-Tox Foot Bath:

The D-Tox Foot Bath uses positive and negative ions to gently remove toxins from the soles of the feet.
